We do better work with better spex and 1 buyer, not charging any extra adjustments for on site. I will pay for install.
I will send you 4 new glass panels with spex I think you will like, based on what I know now, no charge, hoping to get new opportunity to work with you, hoping to get a good review.
I have the patterns sent to factory, tempered, low one way eclipse pattern glass, takes 4-6 weeks. I will try for sooner.

Hi Pete, If we use on doors 1/2″ plate glass, double pane 3/4″ add $820.00 installed delivered. 8/4″ total $3,320.00 + Tx $315.40 = $3,635.40 $440 for install of 3 pre-hung frames. Allow 4-6 weeks from 50% deposit date. Includes a finish any color stain with polyurethane/delivery.
ps double pane is great for sound/temperature insulation, one glass can be white frost for privacy yet lighting.

Hello Pete, on your specifications sheet, see attached, top center it reads 96″ radius frame. What is this specification for?
This week, we made the doors based on what I measured. Height on sides and length, I could not measure accurately, the top center of the curve, I am pretty sure doors will fit. Lets worry about that on Monday afternoon when doors arrive to job site, If door fits we will require payment of the balance also need a company name for the Invoice.
Installation is to be paid directly to installer when he or they finish installation.
The radius call, is most likely it is a mistake on your part, this caused confusion to the assigned carpenter and caused the delay.

1 week after installation, inspection and balance paid by Card Holder. Agent Pete Balboa wants to see our installer, with the only complaint. Picture send by agent on 4.17.18.
after inspection by cardholder, contractors, home buyers, neighbores etc. agent Balboa finds a complaint. Also threatens to hire someone to do the job. Installer against his will drives from L.A. to S.D. to remove paint on the 2 hinges. Agent asks installer to do other choirs non agreed by us.

Hello Pete, I made it last night, the door will be ready by Saturday, installation by Monday,
Last night the carpenter was telling me and showing me that the radius you have on your specification sheet is wrong.
96″ radius frame, front and center are wrong, ask your boss why was this mistake on the spec sheet.
He showed me and he said he tried to accommodate that top and center radius spec but it would not work, he was afraid to cut all the lumber wrong and everyone was out that week. so 3 people are on it to have it ready for the installer on Monday.
or any other day you are OK with. Last time when you ask for a delivery date I meant April 4th not May 4th, sorry about that but let’s hope for Monday.

The door was scheduled for production as originally said to you and based on your specs, when your order was up next for production and carpenter was to start your door he was afraid to cut because your top/center 96″ radius call.
If your job is on the line blame whoever gave you those specs or should have told me it was from someone else quotation specs.
We sell hundreds of door in every state, customers provide accurate spex.
If the door fits you pay on delivery, installer is also adding charges for re-schedule to accommodate me for this deal.
If your Company wishes to cancel and meet in a Court of law let me know by today.

Delivery in S.D. between 4-6 pm, as soon as door is Calexico I will know and will let you know. Driver will test frame, if door is good you will show him you made payment or pay company check for the balance in order to unload doors.
Installer will prefers cash after installation but check is OK.

The installer had everything to finish the door on the agreed day, you were supposed to pay if the door fit. That was our agreement and you acknowledged you said ” sounds good” later on April 10 you said ” I will pay with Company check.”
You kept my installer and 2 of your employees waiting for their money, many unnecessary hours I heard your foreman went home without pay.
My installer did not want to finish the installation because the specific instructions for him were to collect ” if door fit” then unload doors and install. Your workers helped because they were told, they would get paid when door was finished.
Late at night my installer was about to take down the door, he had drill on hand when check was finally arrived, same person was was delighted by the door and took many pictures hours before, he inspected and while you were on the phone he said “everything looks good” and paid. Door accepted.
He asked me before taking the job if you knew what the deal was, twice.! Installer gave you the paper reminding you of payment after the frame was installed you looked at the installation and walked away. Breach of contract.
The irresponsible thing here is that you had the check on your hand all along. Why do you treat people like that? I think your enterprise is less then professional.
You threaten us with bad reviews before the door was built, You gave us someone else’s door notes as your official specification sheet. (wrong impossible specs)
You claim door was not rushed? it was, and by more then 1 buyer, I just posted some emails of emails on your page.
Send pictures of the assembled door the way it came in. No need to pack.

If you want to cancel, just tell the guy next week.
This door was rushed to accommodate your schedule, after we asked you if you wish to cancel or continue with the order, after we discovered the wrong diameter top/center on the specification sheet. You gave us the wrong specifications.
Someone in your company knew this was some other door vendor’s quote notes not spex.
Hear you were quoted 12K, instead you ordered a 3.5K door.
I hope door used its purpose and you get good reviews on your listing/sale presentation today Friday.

This door WAS NOT RUSHED! I made the order back in February. Also your door looks really bad and Is falling apart. Your installer put screws in my door and left a mess… This needs attention immediately. I have attached an email that you said the door would be ready in March
Customer in denial or ignorance. Specified height of arch and height of sides can never meet with a 96" radius. The drawing they provided belongs to Anderson's Doors and it is draft used mainly for quote purposes. $12,000.00 door according to Pete Balboa.
I took a chance based on experience, and door fit. Pete Balboa broke his promise and kept our installer unnecessarily until late in the night waiting for payment.They added unscheduled labor, lock installation cheapest kind that had to be replaced, our guy waited for new unscheduled locks and left there for hours, customers also added wrong size floor locks, they did not pay for extra labor.
