Hi Pete, If we use on doors 1/2″ plate glass, double pane 3/4″ add $820.00 installed delivered. 8/4″ total $3,320.00 + Tx $315.40 = $3,635.40 $440 for install of 3 pre-hung frames. Allow 4-6 weeks from 50% deposit date. Includes a finish any color stain with polyurethane/delivery.
ps double pane is great for sound/temperature insulation, one glass can be white frost for privacy yet lighting.

That is paint not stain, but it is good definition for the color, I will print for home depot to match. Exterior enamel, I will take care of it boss.

Customer claims We called on April 25.
On April 25 because our installer refused to take more abuse from this agent. I had to agree to a full refund and avoid a bad review as Agent had threatened. Agent filed a 1 star review on Google .

The door was scheduled for production as originally said to you and based on your specs, when your order was up next for production and carpenter was to start your door he was afraid to cut because your top/center 96″ radius call.
If your job is on the line blame whoever gave you those specs or should have told me it was from someone else quotation specs.
We sell hundreds of door in every state, customers provide accurate spex.
If the door fits you pay on delivery, installer is also adding charges for re-schedule to accommodate me for this deal.
If your Company wishes to cancel and meet in a Court of law let me know by today.

Delivery in S.D. between 4-6 pm, as soon as door is Calexico I will know and will let you know. Driver will test frame, if door is good you will show him you made payment or pay company check for the balance in order to unload doors.
Installer will prefers cash after installation but check is OK.

April 10 Order was delivered and installed within the 4-6 weeks promised date. Inspected and paid in full personally by Cardholder.

We do better work with better spex and 1 buyer, not charging any extra adjustments for on site. I will pay for install.
I will send you 4 new glass panels with spex I think you will like, based on what I know now, no charge, hoping to get new opportunity to work with you, hoping to get a good review.
I have the patterns sent to factory, tempered, low one way eclipse pattern glass, takes 4-6 weeks. I will try for sooner.

This very generous offer was not answered.
Once the installer learned directly from project manager "Diego" we made this offer at no charge.1 week after installation, through inspection and a scheduled sales presentation, agent balboa finds a imperfection and sends this picture.
Single complaint. Installer goes back from Los Angeles and removed paint.

April 25, I asked client to return door and send pictures for a full refund, in fear of a bad review.
Agent Balboa had threaten to write a review before door was built.return door to initiate refund process, see our policy.

The installer had everything to finish the door on the agreed day, you were supposed to pay if the door fit. That was our agreement and you acknowledged you said ” sounds good” later on April 10 you said ” I will pay with Company check.”
You kept my installer and 2 of your employees waiting for their money, many unnecessary hours I heard your foreman went home without pay.
My installer did not want to finish the installation because the specific instructions for him were to collect ” if door fit” then unload doors and install. Your workers helped because they were told, they would get paid when door was finished.
Late at night my installer was about to take down the door, he had drill on hand when check was finally arrived, same person was was delighted by the door and took many pictures hours before, he inspected and while you were on the phone he said “everything looks good” and paid. Door accepted.
He asked me before taking the job if you knew what the deal was, twice.! Installer gave you the paper reminding you of payment after the frame was installed you looked at the installation and walked away. Breach of contract.
The irresponsible thing here is that you had the check on your hand all along. Why do you treat people like that? I think your enterprise is less then professional.
You threaten us with bad reviews before the door was built, You gave us someone else’s door notes as your official specification sheet. (wrong impossible specs)
You claim door was not rushed? it was, and by more then 1 buyer, I just posted some emails of emails on your page.
Send pictures of the assembled door the way it came in. No need to pack.

Hello Mr. Balboa, now get a chalk and draw on the floor those measurements all you need is a square and a string and try to meet thee 96″ radius requested on your specs, you might learn something young man.
Your spex were wrong, man up to it.
I had asked you more than once to specify color, glass etc when you responded, it sounded as if you didn’t care at all about this door. I said to you we had hick ups with your specs and you threaten me for the 2nd time.
It is published for everyone to see how inept, careless and racist you people are. However the way you treated the installer is unforgivable and everyone should know the M.O. of this organization Press Properties, LLC. I expected more professionalism.
I am almost ready to send the link to 6 people and I place my complaint. prescompanies.com/team, Diane Dubiel, Frances Mac carte etc. I will finish this tomorrow as I said.
I will post many pictures, from the moment we arrived and the condition of the door location. I heard there are pictures of Stefan taking pictures of the door with a smile on his face.
Also during the installation I have pictures of all the different trades working on a non finished project, driveway forming for eventual concrete, stucco on the house and the garage, landscape had not started etc. You had stated that all work had stopped because of us. I will highlight your less then honest words.
You demanded a refund right after your sales promo event and in good faith I agreed to a full refund and I told you what to do, instead you posted a negative remark on our record.
