Thomas Lloyd Lopez is not only a liar but is very very adept in misleading people that he could find any sort of benefit to himself and his bank account.
Do not give him Money or commit to any money or money exchange or goods with Thomas Lloyd Lopez. I learned the hard way, I will share my story and demonstrate he is not to be trusted. He drags other people that own residential communities that Thomas Lloyd Lopes sells, despite him saying otherwise.
Do not give any deposit or advances to Thomas Lloyd or to any of the housing projects he advertises they work with complicity.
You will regret doing business with him on some of the residential he advertises, condos for sale in Cancun or Playa del Carmen or anywhere in the Mayan Peninsula.
Thomas Lloyd is a fraud. Read bellow and you be the judge.

I have not been part of the show room, marketing, sales administrative decisions for a LONG time over in hacienda del rio nor with Cesar since the beginning of 2014 and earlier….Cesar and I did not see eye to eye on many many items, I am not fighting, but just completely different methods and philosophies….

and your plans on coming over to Riviera Maya.

as mentioned,
I recall that you and Cesar made arrangements for paying on some of the items which he included and sold to some of his clients. Again, I did not receive any commissions or was not involved in your dealings with Cesar in such.
Top Mexico, where I do have authorization ,and I made commitments with you to place your banner and advertising for a good amount of time with links right to your page which we fullfilled 2 years ago.
You and Cesar arranged for the shipping, purchase and any other deals that you all did.
As mentioned, Cesar and I do not have any relation, commitments Cesar has made with your team will need to be addressed between you two since I have not been involved in any marketing or sales adminsitration with Cesar for all of this time
Has Cesar replied to your questions?
I can send a message to Cesar to get in touch with you, and I am sure he will be happey to send you photos of your products, but I have no idea what Cesar is up to.

There is only a certain group of people who have the authority and legal authority to sign contracts on behalf of our team top mexico.
could you send me a copy of the contract that you have?
we should start here with a copy of this contract.
But as I mentioned, who is in control of paying for the shipment, paying for the furniture, or taking care of your furniture is Cesar the developer. top mexico introduced you to Cesar the developer to help find Cesar a solution on decking out the showroom back 2 of 3 years ago. The responsibility of decking out the showroom or delivering a show room is the developer. Top Mexico is not in a position to take control of products within a property that we have no control on whatsoever, I would not take on this responsbility without a close due diligent review. Cesar has always had close control of the show house as a developer and owner of the property.
Who paid for the freight ? did you help Cesar out on this?
Who paid for the furniture, to my understanding Cesar bought some of the stuff, I think?
I think he also returned some items due to quality items…..but these are communications that I was not involved.
As you said, I am sure that Cesar has your furniture as he is the one you shipped out to and it is under his responsbility.
We have been away from dealings with Cesar for a looooong time.
We bring him buyers and prospects….but we do not have any responsibility or authority of his marketing efforts, contiued marketing relations and commitments. We only do property sales for them.

Thomas I am a little puzzled with your attempt to shift your responsibility. I made the deal with you all the way to the end. I made sure of that. This person I never met and introduced as part of your team by yourself, If you are trying to pin those responsibilities to him, you better be certain of what you are doing, unnecessary people will get involved and they are not cheap. You do what you have to do and get my furniture back to me in the condition I shipped or pay their cost as agreed per contract it is not a lot of money. I advise you to keep it simple.

Oscar Hello. Miguel is working on the final details and corrections on the AGREEMENT. The reason that the contract / agreement is placed between the developer and with you the supplier is the following The expenses of setting up showrooms, and decorating the showrooms is always the responsibility of the developer. Our team in marketing, we usually request to the developer, “in order for our team to be able to sell your project, we need the following items….nice landscaping, finished showhouse with FURNITURE and Staged”. The responsibility of the upkeep and maintenance of all these items therefore are normally written and placed upon the developer. If we place TOP Mexico in the center, it will triangulate. The marketing, preparing the physical tickets that go on the furniture, and presenting your company to consumers. This I will make the responsibility to Cesar the developer and thus his commitment to you. I want to have all the furniture, curtains, all ready for photo shoots, for videos on the 28th September 2013 And then a few days later we have planned the open house with brokers event. And then another open house event with local clubs.
I agree with you Cathy, We need Miguel to put together what is not going to be delivered as to your outline, and start going to work to find solutions.
Urgent (MIGUEL) 1) Identify what is lacking on the furniture 2) Get the furniture what is available on the truck and shipped first thing (I do not want to wait for anything else, we need furniture to be moving at beginning of the week) 3) Start visiting local furniture places to purchase what is lacking (again, several of these places will have lead times which Miguel will need to solution)
