Dear BBB, the person who filed this claim is wrong. I have no idea of their age but the lady was refunded a long time ago.  Marc Tripper claims to be the husband of the person who placed and paid for the order Mrs Emilie Lupiani.

 

I am sure they are a lovely couple but I am not so sure  the talk to each other about their finances. On May 19.15 2 weeks before the agreed delivery  Mrarc Tripper threatens to file a report to BBB for the cause of , “so I am going to have to contact the BBB assuming that I will not receive the order for which I was charged.” on the same day we responded to Marc that shipment was on schedule.

I actually feel the timeline is acceptable even from the start – I just had no information on how long it would take and no return call when I left a message to inquire.Cool, thanks.

On May 27 Marc Trumper received notification of a full refund to the buyer Emily. Yet on October 6 15 he makes the same threat and actually carries on and files BBB a false accusation. We asked Marc who is not the buyer nor the person who received the full refund to please wait and let us find out what had happened, he filed anyways. HaciendaRustica makes a second refund in fear of a false accusation to BBB. 🙁

Can you help us recover this Money?

 

On May 27 Marc was notified we had issued a full refund to the buyer Mrs Luppiani.

as order was taken off delivery schedule in order to show pictures to Marc as he had been pressuring us since before order was scheduled to be finish. (per agreement)

Hello Mark/Emilie, I totally forgot to take the pictures, the order is there in Los Angeles I ask them to unpack and have it ready for pictures, I did not make it, and I came back to the factory in Mexico.

I sent a full refund to Emily moment ago and I just asked someone to take pictures for proof, I will send to you as I get them.  I am sorry for the confusion, in retrospect I should have not taken it off schedule and should have call you when we were running late.

To Whom It May Concern,

I placed an order with Hacienda Rustica for a table on 3/37 and was charged in full on 3/30.  After no notifications – e-mail, written, or phone in over a month, I left a message at the number listed on your website as to the whereabouts of my order around the end of April.  There has since been no contact still, so I am going to have to contact the BBB assuming that I will not receive the order for which I was charged.

Hello Mark, it shows thta the small end table was made and shipped to L.A. 5 days ago. I could be in the process of shipping I am not sure yet. I am at factory now in Mexico I get back tomorrow and I will give you an update within 2 days,  I apologize and promise to fix the situation.
