Dear Oscar,
Thank you for visiting with me today by phone.
To confirm our conversation, we have agreed to a revision of my original door order, which began as an order for my HOUSE, below. Thus, instead of my ordering and you producing items 1-3, my revised order seeks only items 2 and 3 below for delivery on/before 9/10 (this includes 1 single interior and 1 single, arched exterior door [which will become my house’s front door).
As to my RANCH (a separate project), IF w/in the next 2-3 days, I can get you dimensions of the rough opening for interior doors needed, I will immediately contact you to see IF You will be able to amend my revised, current order (of only items 2-3) to then include 3 additional single, interior doors, which will be used at my ranch. The hope is that if I can get you dimensions of the ranch interior doors quickly, you might be able to ship those 3 additional doors in the same shipment as my house doors, which would reduce shipping costs I would otherwise incur to ship a second order of doors. But if not, we’ll just move forward with revised order of items 2-3, below. (Whew!)
Please let me know if I captured our agreement with a quick response to this message.

I will not charge you any extra if doors are individual vs a double door. I will work with you on any other project, I will send you a few links to get some ideas. For now get in touch with your contractor and make a decision on the door openings, I only need width, height and depth of the wall of the rough openings.

Your Set of double doors will look very much like Door Style # 27
which is the same as Single door # 29
1 set of interior double doors, style 29, unfinished:
