Hello Joshua, the picture you sent seems to be 96″w x 84″ unit.
The dimension you need, 72″w x 84″ x 18″d can have a clear 38″ center space and 2 side cabinets 17″ wide ( w/ moldings) will allow a TV size 42″.
Cost as is in picture is $2,200.00 in Pine wood or $3,520.00 in Alder wood. Add 300 for packing /delivery.
