Hello Oscar,
I have found a contractor to install the door. Attached are photos of the doors that I am looking for, Will Hampton look good for my purpose?
1) I need a pre-hung with moldings
2) This will be a two panels like 80×24 each.
3) I need the pine door with dark color
4) Attached is the current iron gate that I want to replace, what will look good ?

Hello Michael, cost is about 600.00 and 850 with a frame pre-hung w/ moldings, you can treat the wood for about 30.00 every 3 years you will have enough for 20 years.
It is called Thompson’s Deck seal, it has UV and water protection, bugs don’t like the liquid.
I like pine the texture is better looking specially if you have a Spanish style home, but if you wand Alder add 60% for the cost of wood difference.
If you are in Los Angeles we can deliver, please allow 3-6 weeks from order date.
