Victor Lopez and Monica Nguyen, ordered goods and time shipping to cancel payment at last minute and receive merchandise. 

  They got their money back but claimed I stole their money.  See actual PayPal receipt below.

 In order to force me to pay Yelp to make cortrection and avoid customer to read a false accusation.

Why does Yelp refuse to remove this undeniable  slander and defamation crime.

 5 years of more traffic for Yelp. Their busines is to sell Advertising and their agents will do anything to get their share.

 Yelp, because it is their business to create traffic and force honest business to pay a monthly fee in order to remove damaging and dishonest comments.  Who wins?  Wall Street should know about these illigal tactics.

Are these people Victor Lopez and Monica Nguyen real or a Yelp’s tool to crank start its Yelp business.

I say a Federal and State investigation is in order.  I am learning here are 10,000’s of false claims by Yelp.

Door not due to arrive 7.1.15  per contract. see details of contract below.

On June 26th Person who made deposit canceled from Paypal declaring (Monique Nguyen)
never authorized deposit payment made on 5.12.15 on this contract, 1 full week before
promised delivery date of July 1st.

On February 6th, 2015, Victor Lopez inquires about door prices and production. Learns it
takes 3-8 weeeks from order date*, * = deposit date or last modification date.

On May 12th we get payment from Monique Nguyen.

On May 13th we get the paper pattern for his custom shaped door.

Customer know our production time, we take 3 to 8 weeks on any custom job, from deposit
date or date of last modification. This has been our production policy, for 16 years  see “abous us” page.

We made an exception for this customer on price (he would not pay Ca. Taxes ) and production time ( 31 emails
exchanged) we promised 6 weeks plus an extra week for shipping, 7 weeks total.

After 14 emails, Victor Lopez asks for a discount.

This job is due on July 1st, per contract but on June 26 the person who paid for the deposit for this custom order claims” I did not authorize this purchase” and immediately PayPal removed that money from our account. Mr Lopez must know this from his girlfriend Monica Gnuyen.

On June 8th. Victor Lopez finally decides on the color making last minute modification. Technically this would add 8 more weeks and furniture due date is due on 8.8.15 However we brought the door back to finishing area to finish and have it ready for shipping on 7.1.15 as he requested the door to be shipped sooner then our 8 week standard lead time.
